Role Purpose
The objective of this role is to oversee and manage global real estate database supporting JLL's portfolio operations. This involves maintaining appropriate customer relationships, and leading database maintenance, identifying development opportunities, and strategic reporting initiatives while ensuring data integrity across client portfolios and internal systems.
What this job involves:
Independent customer relationship management
Preparing client-directed documentation containing portfolio reports and summaries, key findings, and recommendations.
Providing substantive support to the Client in discussions about the lease portfolio
Preparing and updating reports, presentations, and analyses, including financial analyses
Close cooperation with Client stakeholders and representatives of other JLL business lines
Identifying and driving Client service development initiatives
Managing and delivering service related projects on time and with high quality in collaboration with other team members
Key Performance Indicators monitoring, reporting and taking actions on results
Support other team members with knowledge and expertise in real estate and lease-related terminology

3 to 5 years in successful client relationship management
Ability to deliver customer experience at the expected level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer orientation and focus
Ability to prioritize among diverse tasks (e.g. client deliverables, internal audit, etc.)
Attention to detail and time management skills (timely and accurate delivery of tasks)
Computer literacy, openness to technological improvements and ability to use various technologies
Knowledge of lease agreements and general real estate lease specifics
Experience with real estate or financial services data preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
