General Summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of creating a pioneering entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join the residential business unit. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing and overseeing the document control processes related to our vast array of projects. You will ensure that all documentation is accurately filed, tracked, and maintained in compliance with company standards and industry practices.

Your contributions will be essential in facilitating effective communication, collaboration, and project management throughout the organization by ensuring that all stakeholders have access to up-to-date and accurate documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a systematic document control system, ensuring proper organization, storage, and retrieval of project documents
  • Oversee the processing, distribution, and archival of documents including contracts, specifications, drawings, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of documents and that all required documentation is prepared in accordance with project specifications
  • Monitor document flow processes, tracking changes and revisions to ensure compliance with internal standards
  • Prepare and maintain reports on document status, submission timelines, and compliance metrics for management review
  • Train and support team members on document control standards and procedures
  • Act as the point of contact for all document control-related inquiries and issues
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve document management processes and systems for increased efficiency


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Management, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in document control or administration, preferably within the construction or project management sector
  • Strong knowledge of document control processes, software tools, and systems
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software is essential
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports
