Manager - Data Transformation (CORS311)

Qiddiya Investment Company, a pioneering force in the development of entertainment and leisure projects in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled Manager - Data Transformation. This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making processes and facilitating the effective utilization of data across the organization.

As the Manager of Data Transformation, you will lead initiatives aimed at designing and implementing data strategies that enhance data governance, quality, and accessibility. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support business objectives and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data transformation strategy aligned with Qiddiya's overall business objectives
• Lead data governance efforts to ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design and enhance data architecture, ensuring optimal integration and accessibility of data across the organization
• Utilize analytics tools and techniques to convert complex data sets into actionable insights for strategic decision-making
• Drive the implementation of data management best practices and methodologies throughout the organization
• Support training and change management initiatives to foster a data-driven culture within the organization
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of data transformation initiatives and recommend enhancements as needed
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in data transformation, data management, or analytics roles
• Strong expertise in data governance, data quality management, and data architecture
• Proficient in using data analytics tools and visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams or projects
