Your day at NTT DATA
As a Managed Services Sales Architect, you’ll be at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client engagement. This role is designed for a high-performing individual with deep expertise in managed services, solution architecture, and consultative selling—someone who can independently drive complex sales cycles and architect multi-year service solutions across NOC and SOC domains.
You’ll lead the development and presentation of tailored managed services solutions, working closely with virtual teams of domain experts, delivery stakeholders, and clients. Your ability to operate autonomously and maintain momentum, combined with your meticulous attention to detail, makes you a cornerstone of our sales and service design efforts. You’ll be dedicated to your Sales Manager while also overseeing and supporting other Service Architects, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence across all engagements.

Your day at NTT DATA
As a Managed Services Sales Architect, you’ll be at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client engagement. You’ll lead the development and presentation of tailored managed services solutions, working closely with virtual teams of domain experts, delivery stakeholders, and clients. Your ability to operate autonomously and maintain momentum, combined with your meticulous attention to detail, makes you a cornerstone of our sales and service design efforts. You’ll be dedicated to your Sales Manager while also overseeing and supporting other Service Architects, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence across all engagements.
To thrive in this role, you need to have:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in selling and architecting managed services solutions.
- Proven success in consultative selling and solution development. Strong background in IT services, cloud, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
- Advanced knowledge of Managed Services delivery models, including cloud and distributed models.
- Experience structuring large, multi-year profitable contracts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
- Analytical abilities to discover and analyze client data and architecture.
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology/systems or a related field.
