Global & Local Alignment
- Lead the local deployment of global or regional digital projects within the TA, ensuring solutions are tailored to local requirements, workflows, and business objectives.
- Drive the alignment and integration of new digital platforms cascading from global or international teams.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Foster a culture of innovation by exploring emerging technologies (AI/ML, VR/AR/XR, telehealth, wearables, low-code/no-code platforms) and recommending pilots or enhancements to existing solutions.
- Challenge the status quo, propose alternative solutions, and actively contribute to process optimization and knowledge sharing across TAs and geographies.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors; partner with internal stakeholders (legal, procurement) to manage contracting processes (e.g., SoWs).
- Serve as a digital thought leader within the TA, influencing adoption, change management, and culture across business functions.
