The Maintenance Foremen - Electrical will be based in Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will report to the Maintenance Manager. Maintenance Foremen – Electrical is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all maintenance activities within the factory. This role ensures reliable operation of machinery, and equipment by leading a team of technicians, scheduling preventive and corrective.

The Maintenance Foremen - Electrical will be based in Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will report to the Maintenance Manager. Maintenance Foremen – Electrical is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all maintenance activities within the factory. This role ensures reliable operation of machinery, and equipment by leading a team of technicians, scheduling preventive and corrective.

General Task Management
- Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team, ensuring effective allocation of tasks and resources
- Train, mentor, and support junior technicians and apprentices.
- Monitor performance and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
- Oversee routine preventive and predictive maintenance of all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, breakdowns, and malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with Maintenance codes, standards, and factory safety guidelines.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for electrical systems.
- Implement lock-out/tag-out and other safety procedures during maintenance.
- Ability to implement new system and miner modifying for the machinery.
- Train, mentor, and support junior technicians and apprentices.
- Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the maintenance strategy, support Production and quality Dep to achieve the goals.
- Relevant engineering diploma is preferred,
- Prior experience of working in manufacturing environment and
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in industrial/factory maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial and plant maintenance , control systems, PLCs, motors, and automation
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced production environments.
- Very good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
- Shift work and emergency call-outs may be required.
