Job Summary
The Product Manager will lead the full lifecycle of Detasad’s product portfolio, driving innovation, market differentiation, and profitability across all business domains and business lines. The role bridges business, technology, and operations to ensure product-market fit and alignment with the Detasad Flywheel pillars- Customer Experience, Problem Fit, Long-Term Strategic Value, and Sustainable Growth. The Product Manager will define product strategies, manage SKUs/UPLs, coordinate go-to-market initiatives, and ensure seamless collaboration across PSBM, Operations, Finance, SPS, Commercial, and all Business Lines.

Key Responsibilities
• Define, enhance, and manage Detasad’s product portfolio, ensuring offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business line strategies and overall corporate goals.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management — from ideation, business case development, pricing, and positioning to launch and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain SKU/UPL structures with defined margins, overheads, and local content alignment in coordination with Finance, PSBM, and relevant Business Lines.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities across multiple verticals.
• Collaborate with Bid Management, Sales, and Business Lines to ensure product readiness, accurate technical and commercial positioning, and support for all bids and RFPs.
• Work closely with Operations and Technology to translate customer and market needs into deliverable, cost-optimized solutions.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence (NCA, SDAIA, LCGPA, CST, and other applicable frameworks).
• Define and monitor product performance KPIs, including profitability, customer adoption, churn, and lifecycle ROI.
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning, coordinating marketing, internal training, and enablement across all departments.
• Act as the product champion, maintaining up-to-date collateral, roadmaps, and value propositions aligned with Detasad’s brand and strategy.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management or pre-sales within ICT or technology-driven environments.
• Proven experience in defining and launching products or managed services within the Saudi or GCC market.
• Strong understanding of Cloud, Connectivity, Data Center, AI/IT, and Digital Transformation domains.
• Demonstrated ability in pricing strategy, cost modeling, and P&L management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• % of new product SKUs launched and published per quarter.
• % margin achievement vs. target UPL.
• Product revenue and adoption growth YOY.
• Time-to-market for new product releases or enhancements.
• Internal stakeholder satisfaction (Sales, PSBM, Finance, Operations, Business Lines).
• Product roadmap execution and milestone completion rate.

Travel: Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or industry events.
