Key Responsibilities – Machine Maintenance Technician Role

• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a range of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability at all times.
• Technical Support: Respond swiftly to machine breakdowns, diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and quality protocols, ensuring all work areas and equipment meet internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Documentation: Accurately record maintenance activities, parts usage, and repairs in maintenance management systems for clear tracking and regulatory compliance.
• Inventory Management: Support inventory checks for spare parts and order replacements as required to ensure minimal equipment interruptions.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to suggest and implement process improvements for efficiency, reliability, and energy savings.

Skills and Qualifications – Requirements for Machine Maintenance Technicians at Niceone

• Education: Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in machine or equipment maintenance within manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial settings is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical, electrical, and/or pneumatic troubleshooting and repair skills. Comfortable reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
