أكاديمية علو تبحث عن متدرب متحمس لدور التصميم التعليمي. تتضمن المهام تطوير محتوى تعليمي مبتكر ومواد تدريبية، ودعم مهمة الشركة في تعزيز تنمية المواهب في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا. سيعمل المتدرب بالتعاون مع فرق ذات خبرة لإنشاء تجارب تعلم جذابة تتماشى مع أهداف المنظمة، مساهماً في مستقبل رأس المال البشري في المنطقة.
طالب حالياً أو حديث التخرج في تخصصات التعليم، التصميم التعليمي، أو مجالات ذات صلة.معرفة أساسية بمبادئ التصميم التعليمي وأدوات التعلم الإلكتروني.مهارات إبداعية وتواصل قوية.القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني في بيئة هجينة.خريجينا نحبهم زيادة :)
