• Review and approve lifting plans submitted by contractors and subcontractors
• Coordinate with site supervision teams to schedule and monitor critical lifts
• Ensure lifting equipment is certified, inspected, and fit for use
• Liaise with client representatives and third-party inspectors on lifting-related matters
• Enforce compliance with UAE regulations and international lifting standards
• Conduct risk assessments and method statement reviews for complex lifts
• Lead toolbox talks and training sessions on lifting safety and rigging practices
• Monitor crane operations, rigging setups, and personnel certifications
• Investigate lifting incidents and implement corrective actions
• Maintain detailed records of lifting activities, inspections, and approvals
• Support construction sequencing with lifting logistics and access planning

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
• Proven experience in construction management or supervision environments
• Certification in Lifting Operations / Rigging (e.g., LOLER, CPCS, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of KSA safety regulations and international lifting codes
• Ability to assess and mitigate risks in high-complexity lifting scenarios
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with heavy equipment, mobile cranes, tower cranes, and specialized lifting gear
