About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. This role is essential in supporting new employees during their onboarding process and ensuring smooth logistical operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with HR on new hires and flight arrangements.
Support onboarding by arranging hotel stays, assisting with accommodation, and providing essential tools (cell phone, computer).
Create and manage purchase orders in SAP for invoices.
Manage the company’s vehicle fleet to ensure availability and maintenance.
Oversee office setup, including furniture, cleaning, and security services.
Coordinate PPE delivery in collaboration with the HSE Manager.
About You
We are looking for a proactive professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar logistics or administrative role.
Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
