What You'll Do
Support the Sr. Planning Manager in developing and managing annual and quarterly marketing campaign calendars.Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, PR, partnerships, sales) to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time.Serve as the central point of contact for campaign status updates.Prepare the marketing budget reports needed for the monthly, quarterly and annual reviews.Track campaign spending, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and provide reports.Liaise with internal stakeholders to align marketing plans with business goals.Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between departments for campaign execution.Support the development of ad-hoc marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and brand activations.Assist in preparing presentations, strategic proposals, and internal communication materials.Prepare reports for campaign and channel efficiency assessment.
What We Need From You
Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in Marketing or any other related field Fluent in both languages English (spoken & written)5-8 years in Marketing planning, campaign management, or simulate roles within a fast paced industry (preferably in digital, e-commerce, or consumer-focused businesses).Previous experience in project management is a plus.Strong knowledge in marketing campaign planning and budget management & planning processes. Proficient in using marketing planning tools, budget tracking systems, and data analysis skill.understanding of marketing channels (digital, social and offline). and campaign execution workflows.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong project management abilities with proven experience in handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs, measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns. High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
