Could you be the full-time onsite Logistics Engineer in Jeddah, SA we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive logistics and supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and strategic teammates. You'll develop and implement critical supply chain strategies that ensure the success of our projects, from design to construction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including procurement, storage, and distribution), coordinate logistics with vendors and suppliers, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• Overseeing procurement processes to ensure timely availability of quality materials,

• Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for seamless operations,

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and managing stock levels efficiently,

• Planning and managing transportation logistics for material delivery,

• Identifying potential risks within the supply chain and proposing mitigation strategies,

• Monitoring material quality and ensuring compliance with project specifications,

• Developing and implementing supply chain strategies that support project objectives,

• Maintaining logistics-related documentation and providing progress reports,

• Analyzing and managing logistics costs to contribute to budget adherence,

• Collaborating with engineering teams to align logistics with project requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,

• Experience or understanding of supply chain planning and strategy development,

• Capability in transportation planning and carrier negotiations,

• Strong analytical and risk management skills,

• Proficiency in inventory control and stock level optimization,

• Adeptness in cost management and budgeting for logistics activities,

• Acumen in quality assurance and compliance standards,

• Competence in documentation, reporting, and progress tracking,

• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement,
