Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Assist the Waiter in delivering food and beverage orders to guest tables in a timely manner, ensuring proper food quality and presentation.
• Prepare and set up tables, buffets, and food stations for service, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with breaking down tables and cleaning after service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
• Ensure all orders are accurately communicated to the kitchen, including any special requests or dietary needs.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Support in taking guest reservations when needed and ensuring the reservation system is updated.
• Assist in plating and preparing food items as required.
• Collaborate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth service operations.
• Follow all company standards and procedures for food safety, cleanliness, and guest service.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in Impact.
