Leasing Director

The Leasing Director is responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies to maximize property occupancy and rental income. This role ensures lease agreements align with the company's financial and operational goals while fostering strong tenant relationships and ensuring high tenant satisfaction. The role also includes oversight of the leasing team and collaboration with cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to optimize occupancy and rental revenue across all properties.
• Lead lease negotiations with new and existing tenants, securing favorable terms and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that enhance property visibility and attract target tenants.
• Continuously monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities to proactively adapt leasing strategies.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with tenants, brokers, developers, and property managers.
• Prepare and present leasing performance reports, occupancy forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
• Manage and coach the leasing team, setting performance goals and overseeing training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual leasing obligations.
• Provide leasing insights and input during the planning and development of new properties and projects.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in leasing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Demonstrated expertise in lease negotiations, tenant relations, and occupancy management.
• Strong understanding of commercial leasing laws, contracts, and market dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in lease management systems and Microsoft Office.
