Learning Experience Designer

Aanaab is hiring a Learning Experience Designer to join our growing content team.

You’ll work on impactful projects that serve teachers, professionals, and public sector initiatives across the Arab world, including high-profile programs aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

About the Role

As a Learning Experience Designer, you’ll design, develop, and optimize engaging, outcome-based online courses.

This includes both short-form content and large-scale educational projects (B2G/B2B).

You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, media producers, and project stakeholders to ensure every learning experience is purposeful, practical, and well-crafted.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design course structures and content.
2. Create scripts, storyboards, and engaging learning materials.
3. Oversee content production, including video planning and quality reviews.
4. Set up and manage course structure on the LMS.
5. Analyze learner feedback and course data to improve quality and engagement.
6. Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients to meet project goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or online course development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital pedagogy.
• Experience working on structured content projects (ideally B2G/B2B).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic design tools like PowerPoint or Canva.
•  Familiarity with media production workflows or AI tools in education.
• Knowledge with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyboard or 360 is a plus.
