Learning And Development Specialist - Trainee

Support the Learning and Development team in delivering key training initiatives and gaining practical experience in HR and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying training needs and updating the annual training plan.
• Support the onboarding process and coordinate training logistics.
• Manage training materials and track attendance.
• Help monitor training effectiveness and maintain the e-Learning platform.
• Contribute to training reports and department projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eligible for enrollment in the Graduate Development Program supported by HRDF and Taqat.
