Job Purpose
The Sales & Leasing Performance Unit (PU) within Qiddiya is responsible for developing best practice sales and leasing standards and expertise within the organization. Strategic objectives include ensuring the development of sales and leasing best practices to support the Sales & Leasing Operations team within the organization, ensuring consistency across projects, supporting the ongoing training & development of sales and leasing team members, and providing guidance and support as it relates to implementation of procedures and tools.
The Sales & Leasing PU develops and manages policies and procedures, standardized documents and templates, sales and leasing tools, and sales and leasing operations. The unit will also develop and manage an online Learning Hub that will have sales and leasing curriculum as its core function. The unit will further develop and manage the sales and leasing customer journey to support the requirements for sales and leasing of each of the asset class development Business Units, including CRM, digital tool requirements and experience center requirements and ongoing management of the Sales and Leasing operations. The Sales & Leasing PU team will also provide current market intelligence and benchmarking as required to support the sales and leasing team.
The Learner Support Assistant Manager plays a vital role in enhancing the overall educational journey for participants developing their sales/leasing expertise and skills. This position supports the Senior Manager - Learner Experience for ensuring that learners receive guidance and resources throughout their learning experience. The Learner Support Assistant Manager will collaborate with instructional staff, curriculum designers and facilitators responsible student engagement initiatives, monitor learner feedback, and implement strategies that foster a positive and productive learning environment, ultimately driving learner success and retention. This role is suited for someone who is passionate about education, possesses strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and is committed to creating a positive and impactful learning experience for all participants from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Strategic Responsibilities
Student Engagement Strategy Development:
- Contribute to the design and implement innovative engagement programs that are aligned with the concept of ‘play' to promote active participation and ongoing skill building amongst learners
- Analyze learner feedback and data to develop strategies that enhance student experience and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with trainers, faculty and course/curriculum developers to ensure learning materials and activities meet student needs and align with industry standards
- Foster partnerships with external stakeholders to enhance learning opportunities and resources for students
- Collaborate with curriculum developers to identify gaps in course offerings and recommend updates or new courses based on student interests and market trends
- Set goals to improve learning processes that cater to diverse learner needs, including learners with different learning styles
- Utilize learning management system analytics to monitor student progress and engagement metrics, informing strategic initiatives
- Conduct regular assessments of student feedback and performance data to refine policies and practices aimed at enhancing the overall experience
Student Support Coordination:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day student support services, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on scheduling and other academic resources
- Oversee the onboarding process for new students, ensuring they have the tools and information necessary to succeed
- Track learner engagement metrics and performance to identify trends and areas for intervention and improvement
- Prepare regular reports on learner satisfaction, retention rates, and engagement outcomes to inform leadership decision-making
- Conduct training sessions for support staff to enhance their skills in student engagement, conflict resolution, and customer service
- Develop resources and documentation to support staff in effectively assisting students with inquiries and concerns
- Organize workshops, webinars, and networking events to enhance learning and skill building opportunities
- Coordinate communication strategies to promote events, ensuring maximum learner participation, engagement and retention, where relevant
Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required
- Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, Humanities, HR or a related field in Human Services
- +5 years of experience in learning institutions, system administration, e-learning platforms, or similar roles
- Good understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies
- Familiarity with e-learning tools, and technologies relevant to online learning
- High level of integrity, drive and intellectual curiosity
- Sincere enthusiasm for Qiddiya generating a genuine strong commercial narrative
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid interpersonal skills and a growth mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, trainers, and administrative staff
- Strong project organizational and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to build connections with a diverse population of participants
- Arabic speaker - Written & Spoken
