Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead Digital Permitting to join our team! In this role you will get to driving the design, implementation, and optimization of Qiddiya’s digital permitting systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the design and implementation of digital permitting platforms (Unifier, Aconex, GIS, Power BI).
• Collaborate with consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate permitting workflows.
• Deliver dashboards and analytics to track permit performance and compliance.
• Support training and adoption of permitting systems across the organization.
• Drive innovation by embedding automation, AI, and digital twin use cases into permitting workflows
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, MIS or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in digital permitting, project systems, or regulatory platforms.
• Strong knowledge of permitting authorities and regulations in Saudi Arabia or comparable mega-projects.
• Expertise in Unifier, Aconex, or equivalent digital platforms, plus advanced Power BI skills.
• A proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
