Job Purpose

Jobs at this level are responsible for carrying out a range of marketing and corporate communication activities such as collating market data and customer requirements, participating in the design and execution of marketing initiatives and developing technical documents with direction and guidance. Also, they are responsible for implementing all planned communications initiatives including customer experience, customer lifecycle, media planning and management, exhibitions and events, seminars, eChannels (social media, online marketing, and telemarketing) and public relations etc.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in complying the consolidation of business digital communication requirements from different stc Group units and its execution in coordination with IT.
  • Support in managing stc ksa website, stc group website, and stc group social media governance, including architecture, content, and performance.
  • Maintain development of stc Group social media content (editorial and media) and assist in managing relevant 3rd parties.
  • Consolidate relevant conversations on social media platforms, understand the underlying mood or sentiment.
  • Support in maintaining stc’s corporate website and micro sites/portal communication objectives and requirements, incorporating needs from various internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain development of social media pages design, in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with IT and/or contractors to ensure website development needs are met in time.
  • perform site performance, assesses user feedback and engages with visitors in accordance with Corporate Communication principles.
  • Assist in development of digital media campaigns in accordance with digital media strategy to promote and launch products and services.
  • Maintain and ensure the timely corporate content, launched on social media platforms owned by stc e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat etc. related to non-BUs in order to keep the customers/audiences positively engaged
