About the Job
An opportunity has arisen for Learning and Development Manager for Human Capital Department to join Jumeirah Group.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Manage the implementation of L&D standards in all related operations ensuring that managers and supervisors take corrective actions as necessary in adherence to Jumeirah’s Group policies and standards
- Drive compliance in the business unit with the Jumeirah HR processes related to training and development to ensure that the business unit is applying Jumeirah training processes and standards in a way that is consistent with other business units and is adopting best practice wherever identified
- Drive the compliance of Jumeirah Learning Centre in terms of ensuring the Service Level Agreement is achieved
- Work in collaboration with Director of Human Resources to ensure that business unit is meeting regional training targets and objectives.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Essential
- College graduate preferably with Post Secondary Certificate
- Advanced, formal qualification in a training and development related field
- UAE/Middle East experience
Desired:
- Preferred to be experienced in the KSA Saudi Market.
- Membership of professional organisation in a training and development related field, e.g. CIPD
