In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities across the KSA region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights, ensure financial accuracy, and support strategic decision-making. We seek a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities across the KSA region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights, ensure financial accuracy, and support strategic decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, multinational environment and contribute to the financial performance and strategic goals of the organization.
Your Role - Challenging and Future-Oriented:
Financial Planning:
- Support the reporting and controlling of the budgeting and forecasting process for business in KSA.
- Maintain and update budget and forecast figures for revenue, P&L, balance sheet, and free cash flow using official reporting tools.
- Conduct regular variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from financial forecasts.
- Prepare depreciation forecasts based on installed assets and CAPEX planning.
- Execute monthly financial reporting activities including forecast loads, flash reports.
- Perform detailed analysis of SG&A, oCoGS, and other key financial indicators.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to provide insights and variance explanations for all financial KPIs.
- Provide on-demand ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Assist leadership with the preparation of presentations and special financial projects.
- Act as an internal control assessor, ensuring compliance with risk and internal control frameworks.
- 3-5 years proven experience in manufacturing environment controlling role.
- Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, technical business managers, and project controlling teams during contract negotiations and execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and experience in driving digitization and automation of financial processes.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills, with a focus on managing financial performance and customer satisfaction.
