Lab Consultant – Microbiology (m/f/d)

A leading organization specializing in comprehensive business solutions and consulting services. The company is currently seeking a skilled Lab Consultant - Microbiology to join their team and contribute to their laboratory initiatives in the Middle East and Africa.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts.
• Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
• Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
• Mitigate solution risks and issues, execute workflow and process improvement strategies.
• Lead client meetings and events, and drive internal team initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 6 years of combined higher education and related work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) consulting, support, or other client-facing HCIT solution work experience.
• At least 5 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job.
• Preferred: At least 3 years of software implementation work experience.
  
  

Expectations:

• Must be residing in, willing to relocate to UAE, or work in a virtually approved city.
• Willing to travel up to 80%.
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.
• Understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
