Overview

During your tenure as a Consultant/ Senior Consultant in the AI & Data team, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

Technical Capabilities

• Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, Python, R, or Scala for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
• Extensive knowledge of statistical analysis and mathematical modeling techniques.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and database management.
• Understanding on NLP, NLG and GenAI techniques.
• Familiarity with big data processing tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Apache Flink.
• Ability to work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data storage and processing.
• Experience in using deployment techniques such as cron jobs, docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience in advanced data analysis techniques to extract insights, identify trends, and solve complex business problems.
• Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques to discover patterns and opportunities in large datasets.
• Clean, preprocess, and manipulate raw data to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Design and build predictive models for various business applications, such as customer segmentation, churn prediction, and demand forecasting.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and visualization to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and technology to continuously improve analytical methodologies and tools.

• Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to apply data science concepts to solve real-world challenges.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib to create intuitive and actionable visualizations.
• Proficiency in data storytelling, presenting complex analysis results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Knowledge of data governance and ethics, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Strong domain knowledge in the relevant industry (e.g., banking, finance, e-commerce, retail etc) is a plus.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of practical experience in data science or related roles.
• Previous experience working on data-intensive projects and delivering data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and flexible work hours.
• Willingness to travel across GCC region (50-75% of time)
  
  

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Big Four or Global System Integrators is a plus.
• Professional Certification in any of the above-mentioned tools or platforms will be a plus.
• Publications or articles on Data Science topics is a plus.
• Patents on machine learning would be an added advantage.
