Delivering great customer events involves many stakeholders, and the event specialist provides critical services and consulting, playing a key role to ensure event compliance and audit readiness. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for B2B events, be detail-oriented, and be dedicated to delivering great attendee experiences that have a measurable impact.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Event Planning and Management

• Conceptualization: Develop event concepts aligned with brand goals.
• Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee venue, catering, and transportation.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
