Your Role
As a Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development and management of our Operation IT knowledge repository. Your primary focus will be establishing and maintaining a centralized, accessible, and comprehensive repository for all critical IT documentation, ensuring efficient knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for all Operation IT documentation, including contracts, service reports, deliverables, and compliance evidence.
- Develop and enforce documentation standards and procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and ease of retrieval.
- Implement effective knowledge organization and categorization systems to facilitate efficient information retrieval.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and updating of all repository content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Implement and manage access control policies to ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective knowledge dissemination and sharing across the IT organization.
- Conduct regular audits of the knowledge repository to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of the knowledge repository and documentation standards.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in knowledge management, documentation management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and managing document repositories.
- Proficiency in document management systems and tools.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
