تعلن شركة كيانات المتحدة عن رغبتها في توظيف خبير/خبيرة منصة اعتماد يمتلك خبرة قوية في إعداد وإدارة العروض الفنية والمالية للمشاريع التقنية، وذلك للانضمام لفريقنا في مدينة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إدارة المنافسات الحكومية عبر منصة اعتماد بكفاءة عالية.
- إعداد وتجهيز العروض الفنية والمالية لمشاريع التقنية والتحول الرقمي.
- مراجعة مستندات الكراسات وتحليل المتطلبات الفنية والمالية.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات الفنية والمالية لاستكمال الملفات والمرفقات.
- متابعة إجراءات الترسية، العقود، والاتفاقيات عبر منصة اعتماد.
- ضمان الالتزام بأنظمة المشتريات الحكومية وضوابط المنافسات.
- إعداد تقارير دورية حول المنافسات وتقديم التوصيات.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في العمل على منصة اعتماد.
- خبرة مثبتة في العروض الفنية والمالية للمشاريع التقنية.
- معرفة قوية بنظام المنافسات والمشتريات الحكومية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية ودقة عالية في إعداد المستندات.
- إجادة التعامل مع الحاسب الآلي وبرامج Office.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتعدد المهام.
المؤهلات المفضلة:
- خبرة سابقة في شركات تقنية أو مقاولات تقنية.
- إلمام بمنهجيات إدارة المشاريع (PMO / PMP).
