Job Description

Led and developed the insurance business line at Nahdi, focusing on acquiring new business opportunities, defining strategic growth paths, maintaining key account relationships, and collaborating with governmental and regulatory entities, as well as other departments within Nahdi.

Accountabilities:

Business Development:

  • Responsible for acquiring new business opportunities
  • Responsible for developing strategic insurance and credit relationships with key industry stakeholders through conducting business meetings, presenting Nahdi, being aware of market dynamics, etc., in order to drive future business growth and maintain relationships to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Nahdi's various departments, such as operations, finance, and legal, to seamlessly onboard new clients and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Responsible for developing strategic insurance and credit relationships with key industry stakeholders through conducting business meetings, presenting Nahdi, being aware of market dynamics, etc., in order to drive future business growth and maintain relationships to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Nahdi's various departments, such as operations, finance, and legal, to seamlessly onboard new clients and deliver integrated solutions.

Contracting:

  • Manage the contracting process through the alignment and cooperation with the concerned stakeholders of the new contracts (for key accounts).
  • Manage the execution of the contracts initiation activities (for key accounts).
  • Responsible for facilitating effective communication and collaboration with external entities, such as insurance providers and credit agencies, to ensure flawless contract execution.
  • Monitor contract performance, identify potential issues, and proactively implement corrective actions to maintain positive client relationships Business Development:
  • Responsible for acquiring new business opportunities based on the financial history, and number of employees, Proactively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities aligned with Nahdi's strategic objectives. This involved thorough research of prospective clients' financial histories, employee counts, industry standing, and other relevant criteria to filter and prioritize the most promising leads, in order to acquire new credit business development opportunities..
  • Responsible for developing strategic insurance and credit relationships with key industry stakeholders through conducting business meetings, presenting Nahdi, being aware of market dynamics, etc., in order to drive future business growth and maintain relationships to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Nahdi's various departments, such as operations, finance, and legal, to seamlessly onboard new clients and deliver integrated solutions that exceed customer expectations and convert qualified leads into new business wins for Nahdi.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive business development strategies to drive significant growth in Nahdi's insurance and credit client portfolio.

Cross Functional Alignment:

  • Responsible between the credit accounts and internal departments in order to respond to any challenges or obstacles and to maintain the customers’ satisfaction.
  • Lead and conduct regular business review meetings with the Credit Sales Accounts.
  • Collaborate with the different departments in order to identify and drive business growth opportunities.
  • Manage and resolve claiming and collection challenges through the collaboration with Account Receivables and Treasury teams to ensure on time collection.

Department Management:

  • Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.
  • Develop system and processes with internal and external stakeholders based on each contract and account specifications and requirements (financial, legal and operational) to ensure optimum business performance.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationship with CCHI (Corporate Committee of Health Insurance) and other governmental organization with the support of Nahdi regulatory department to ensure capturing all the regulations updates and requirements.

  • Indoors : 70%
  • Outdoors : 30%
  • Working Days : 5 Working Days
  • Days off : 2 Days Off
  • Working Hours : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour break)

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Medical or Business Bachelor
  • Experience: 9+ Years of Experience in Management - Providing medical services to insurance companies or corporate
  • Computer Skills:
    • MS Office Suite
    • Awareness of Insurance Systems
  • Languages: English - Arabic
