We’re looking for a Junior Technical Services Engineer with up to 2 years of experience. In this role, you’ll be part of the Technical Services Team, supporting multiple Lummus Technologies across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Your role will involve troubleshooting, performance support, and working closely with Lummus licensee customers.

Eastern, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical service requests from Lummus licensee customers in the region
• Assist in troubleshooting process and operational issues with guidance from senior engineers
• Help collect and analyze plant operating data to evaluate performance
• Participate in small engineering studies and design reviews
• Contribute to technical reports, presentations, and training materials
• Document service activities and learn from hands-on experience
• Support catalyst loading and unloading activities
• Build strong relationships with Lummus licensee customers
• Identify and share potential business opportunities with the business development team
• Collaborate with global teams and gain exposure to multiple Lummus Technologies
• Occasional travel (up to 40%) to customer sites for support and learning

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. in Chemical Engineering (Minimum)
• Experience (0-2years)

• Passion and aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Willing to travel as needed (up to 40%)
• Basic knowledge of process simulation tools (e.g., PROII, HYSYS) is a plus
