HSE Officer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate, Follow-up and Review Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments.

• Organizing training in co-ordination with Management Representative, Department

Head.

• Conduct Monthly Safety Meeting, Toolbox Talks and inform employees of the safest way to perform tasks.

• Ensure the implementation of safety procedures, safety instruction, identified existing and additional controls and all areas.

• Maintaining of records identified as objective evidence for the system Implementation

• Co-ordinate for data analysis to monitor the achievement of the defined objectives

• Accident investigations.

• Follow-up corrective/preventive action.

• Support Management representative in Implementation of OHSAS18001.

Skills

Skills Requirements:

• Good Communication skill to ability to read, write Safety reports and procedures.

• Knowledge in Safety Rules and legal requirements and who can able to train safety tool box to our employees.

• To have good mathematical & reasoning skills.

• Knowledge in safety &Risk control technique.

Training Requirements:

• QMS & HSE Awareness Training

• NABOSH or IOSH Certified..

Education

Bachelor degree in safety or Diploma or equivalent
