We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented junior designers to join our Product Design team at Fathom. You will work closely with senior designers, Product Owners, and Developers to build and maintain a scalable design system for a growing digital platform.

Summary
We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented junior designers to join our Product Design team at Fathom. You will work closely with senior designers, Product Owners, and Developers to build and maintain a scalable design system for a growing digital platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design UI components, icons, layouts under guidance.
- Help maintain and grow the design system and UI Kit.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Support usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX, HCI, Visual Design, or related.
- Good knowledge of Figma and design systems.
- Portfolio showing web or platform designs (not just mobile apps).
- Willingness to learn enterprise UX and complex workflows.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of frontend (CSS, HTML — just concepts).
- Familiarity with Trello, Notion, Slack.
