• ✓ A recent graduate in any major — HR, Business, or any field — as long as you’re interested in HR
• ✓ Curious, motivated, and ready to learn by doing
• ✓ Creative thinker with strong communication skills
• ✓ Able to adapt quickly and take initiative
• ✓ Passionate about people, company culture, and making an impact

Program Requirements (Tamheer):

• Saudi national
• Not registered in GOSI for the last 6 months
• Not previously enrolled in Tamheer
• Holds a bachelor's degree
