The Project

This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Owning the planning function for assigned projects or tenders, ensuring comprehensive scheduling, monitoring, and timely, profitable delivery.
• Supporting project management in achieving successful execution and meeting performance objectives.
• Managing planning activities across medium to high complexity projects, project portfolios, or significant sections of larger programmes.
• Applying advanced planning and scheduling methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Earned Value Management (EVM) and broader project controls.
• Communicating clearly with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to align expectations and resolve complex planning requirements.
• Analysing deviations and recommending corrective actions, influencing stakeholders with data-led insights.
• Leading a team of planning professionals, overseeing service delivery and promoting continuous growth and development.
• Engaging with clients to gain acceptance and alignment on planning proposals and strategic recommendations.
• Executing essential tasks in line with project or tender requirements and contractual obligations.
• Actively contributing to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing, and reducing emissions throughout project delivery.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Relevant MEA experience.
• Degree qualification.
• In depth knowledge of schedule management tools and software.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
