Junior Marketing Associate (Saudi National)

Nama Ventures is a Saudi-based early-stage venture capital firm investing in visionary teams building transformative startups across the MENA region. As we grow our presence on the ground in Saudi Arabia, we’re looking for a motivated and creative marketer to help us amplify our brand locally.

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to lead and support digital and offline marketing activations, with a strong focus on event planning, execution, and community engagement in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a self-starter passionate about startups, eager to connect with the local innovation ecosystem, and excited to build meaningful brand moments.

• Assist in developing and executing on-ground marketing activations, brand campaigns, and community events
• Support coordination and representation of Nama Ventures at industry events, panels, and ecosystem gatherings
• Collaborate on the creation of social media content, newsletters, and promotional materials aligned with our brand
• Help organize private events, workshops, and roundtables with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners
• Work closely with media and event partners to amplify Nama’s visibility through PR and offline touchpoints
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and brand performance
• Ensure consistent local branding and messaging in both Arabic and English

• Must be a Saudi , based in or open to relocating to Riyadh
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, events, or brand communications
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Experience or strong interest in event planning, digital campaigns, and community engagement
• Proactive, organized, and confident in managing multiple projects
• Passion for startups, technology, and the Saudi innovation landscape
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office is a plus
