Title: Manager, Website & Mobile App

Job Purpose

Ensuring the smooth design, deployment and operation of technology systems related to Ceer Website and Ceer Mobile App. Manager a Team and Leading the technology partners or systems integrators in implementation of Ceer Website and Ceer Mobile App

Key Accountabilities

• Accountable to CX Director IT for all IT deliverables related to the Mobile App and Website at Ceer.
• Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement strategies for website and mobile app development and maintenance.
  • Align digital strategies with overall business goals, such as Product unveiling, Events management, Vehicle feature integration, etc...
• Project Management:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web and mobile app projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Align with all stakeholders, internal and external.
• User Experience (UX) and Interface Design (UI):
  • Ensure the website and mobile app provide an excellent user experience.
  • Collaborate with Ceer Branding team and designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces while following branding Guidelines.
• Technical Oversight:
  • Manage the technical aspects of the website and mobile app, including server management, database administration, and software updates.
  • Ensure the platforms are secure, scalable, and reliable.
• Content Management:
  • Oversee the creation, updating, and management of content on the website and mobile app.
  • Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Monitor the performance of the website and mobile app using analytics tools.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance performance and user engagement.
  • Monitor SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a team of developers, designers, and content creators.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholder needs and project outcomes.
• Compliance and Standards:
  • Ensure the website and mobile app comply with relevant regulations and standards, such as data privacy laws (Saudi PDPL and other GCC regional equivalent regulations) and accessibility guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Budget Management:
  • Manage the budget for website and mobile app projects.
• Ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to align technology solutions with organizational goals.

• IT Staff Management: Recruit, train, and coach IT staff. Communicate job expectations and appraise their performance.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage potential technology risks, such as cyber-attacks and data breaches.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies

Education:

• Bachelor of Science, in Information Technology, Computer Science or Related discipline

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in Website and Mobile App Management.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Experience in multiple Mobile App Stack,
• Knowledge of Front-End, Back-end, Framework, Hosting technologies, Hyperscalers, for both Mobile App and Website
• Prior Experience in Headless CMS (preferably Strapi).
• Mastery of Kubernetes and DevSevOps
• Team player and networking skills
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Good Communication Skills in English.
• Arabic Speaker is a big plus. Strong preference for Saudi National.
• Training and Documentation skills.
• Hands on experience with E-commerce in GCC
• Cyber Security skills

Minimum Experience:

• 5 years of IT Management experience
