Junior Controller Trainee (H/F) - AIRBUS DEFENCE AND SPACE SAUDI LIMITED

Job Description: List of responsibilities:

• Helps to prepare OP & budgets and prepare reports for cross functions and multiple business lines.
• Collect and organize cost information into a database to prepare cost forecast for monthly, quarterly and or annual operating plan.
• Analyze month-end reports to identify and recommend cost-effective improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
• Consolidate all payments and collections into a file to prepare rolling cash forecast on monthly basis by business line.
• Local Coordination: between project controlling, accounting and HR.
• Month end closing activities like to cost transfers, allocations etc.

Person Specification: IT/System knowledge

• Advanced in MS-Office (especially Excel and Power-Point)
• ERP systems
• Experience with MS-Access

Language Skills

• Fluent written and spoken English
