Join Bunge, a leading global agribusiness and food company, as a Commodity Trader in Riyadh. You will be at the heart of coordinating trading activities between our marketing teams and customers in Saudi Arabia, ensuring flawless execution and fostering strong relationships.
The role:
In this position, you will take part in the trading and marketing operations for bulk grain and meal commodities as well as other biproducts from origin until final destination in Saudi Arabia. Your duties will include fostering robust relationships with local clients, formulating and executing sales agreements, and managing daily profit and loss calculations and reconciliations. Additionally, you'll work in close partnership with fellow traders, managers, and various departments such as Execution, Freight, Finance, Contract Administration and other vendors to uphold Bunge's esteemed standards of quality and service.

The role:

Additionally, you'll work in close partnership with fellow traders, managers, and various departments such as Execution, Freight, Finance, Contract Administration and other vendors to uphold Bunge's esteemed standards of quality and service.
Further accountabilities:
- Ensure safe execution and accurate accounting of trades through constant inter-departmental coordination.
- Analyze local and global supply and demand trends to advise and implement trading decisions.
- Calculate trade profitability and prepare daily Trading P&L reports, reconciling with Accounting P&L.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the CBOT futures market, options structures and other pricing tools.
- Participate in overall game plan for the import and distribution of various commodities.
- As part of a team, participate in developing and managing the logistics and due research requirements.
- University degree or equivalent experience in areas such as Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability in Business Development, Trading and/or Sales Operations, dealing with agriculture commodities, with a focus on the Middle East.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, Saudi National applicants will be prioritized.
- Residing in the region of Riyadh.
- Well-equipped decision-maker and negotiator.
