We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Joinery Technical Manager to lead the technical execution of a high-end interior fit-out turnkey project in Saudi Arabia (KSA).

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Joinery Technical Manager to lead the technical execution of a high-end interior fit-out turnkey project in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Industry: Joinery / Interior Fit-Out
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all technical activities related to joinery production and installation
- Review, prepare, and validate shop drawings, cutting lists, and material specifications
- Lead the coordination between design, production, and site teams to ensure accuracy and quality
- Ensure technical compliance with project requirements, design intent, and international standards
- Provide technical input and problem-solving support during design and construction phases
- Maintain documentation, project records, and technical reports
- Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in joinery technical management
- Proven track record in high-end turnkey fit-out projects in the Middle East
- Expertise in joinery production, materials, and bespoke interior elements
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is an advantage
