Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding Takamol’s digital infrastructure by managing access, monitoring threats, and enforcing security measures across systems and devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to strengthen security measures.
  • Supervise and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools, particularly focusing on solutions like BeyondTrust, ensuring top-tier access controls and vigilant monitoring.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of Azure Active Directory environments.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts related to Azure AD, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Enforce security policies and configurations on mobile devices using solutions like AirWatch, MobileIron, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats on mobile devices, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Deploy and manage security monitoring tools to detect and respond to threats in real-time.
  • Investigate and analyze security incidents, coordinating with relevant teams to mitigate and resolve issues.
  • Oversee DLP solutions from vendors like Microsoft, Symantec, and Forcepoint to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of company data.
  • Proactively scout for potential data leak points and respond decisively during data breach events.
  • Collaborate closely with IT members to guarantee timely software and system patching.
  • Continuously scan systems for unpatched vulnerabilities, pushing for adherence to organizational compliance benchmarks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in security operations, emphasizing IAM, PAM, Azure AD, MDM, DLP, and patch management.
  • Preferred certifications include the Microsoft Certified: Azure Active Directory Administrator Associate, and other relevant IAM/PAM/security certifications.
  • Demonstrated capability in analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • communication skills, with the ability to translate intricate security topics into understandable terms for a varied audience.
