IT Project Manager - Arabic Speakers Only

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager fluent in Arabic to lead and deliver software projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end software development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT software projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and business teams to define project requirements and scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against them.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide clear project status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
• Mentor and support junior project team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8-10 years of IT project management experience, specifically in software development projects.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
