Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven IT Manager to lead the implementation, management, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP for our client in Riyadh " construction organization " , The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O, a proven track record in managing ERP projects across various industries including construction, and strong leadership skills to drive digital transformation and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations tailored to construction industry needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Customize and optimize ERP modules for Project Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and HR/Payroll in a construction setting.
  • Provide directions to internal teams and external vendors during ERP deployment.
  • Ensure successful data migration, systems integration, and user training.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure business continuity.
  • Manage ERP system upgrades, patches, and long-term IT strategies.
  • Oversee governance and compliance of IT processes including backup, security, and disaster recovery.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify new technology opportunities aligned with business goals.
  • Monitoring and Analyzing Security Systems: overseeing the deployment and ongoing monitoring of security solutions like firewalls, antivirus programs, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and security for the company website.
  • As an IT manager you will be responsible for supervision of the Applications development.
  • Experience in Servers & Archiving & Emails is a Must

Qualifications And Experience

  • Candidates must be located in Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master’s degree/MBA is a plus).
  • 10+ years of IT/ERP experience, with at least 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing ERP systems in the construction sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, HR/Payroll, and Project Management modules.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL Server, and Microsoft integration tools.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, PMP, or ITIL are desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and routing protocols.
  • Experience with network security best practices, monitoring tools, and threat mitigation.
  • Proficient in configuring and managing Cisco, Fortinet, or similar network devices.
  • Experience in managing cloud networking environments (Azure preferred).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy administration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot network-related issues and ensure high availability of critical services.
  • Experience with VoIP systems, wireless networks, and remote access technologies.
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and incident/change management processes.
