We are partnering with a provider of Facility Management and Catering solutions, dedicated to delivering innovative and efficient services in the KSA market. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Manager to join their team and maintain all systems on-site and remotely, work closely with and train Systems & Database Administrators.

- Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
- Organize and establish deadlines for major IT projects such as system updates, migrations, upgrades, and outages.
- Manage and report on the IT budgets allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels; make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
- Conduct routine evaluations of network and data security to preserve assets and ensure information security.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes to maintain compliance and effectiveness.
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software to ensure quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner, contributing to organizational efficiency.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to enhance organizational policy.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience working in IT operations.
- Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
- Must be an Arabic Speaker, with Fluency in English.
