Job Summary

The Project Manager will lead IT and infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are consistently achieved. This role requires advanced project management expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to effectively coordinate across diverse teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The Project Manager will play a vital role in ensuring project success while aligning outcomes with business and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage project scope, schedules, costs, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, progress reports, and documentation.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, IT governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive collaboration and coordination among cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
• Conduct post-project evaluations, capture lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement practices.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum of +10 years of experience in Project Management or a similar role within IT and infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Aviation industry experience is preferred.
• Proven leadership in managing complex, large-scale IT and infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and risk management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Certifications: PMP (mandatory); PRINCE2 (preferred).
