About the role:

IT Infrastructure Engineer (Network & Campus Connectivity)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network infrastructure across all school campuses.
  • Set up and configure access points, mesh systems, and dedicated TV lines.
  • Ensure reliable Wi-Fi coverage in every classroom.
  • Support hardware setup (TVs, cameras, speakers, microphones) and ensure TVs have latest Windows OS + Chrome.
  • Collaborate with IT Operations & Procurement Specialist, Facility, and Delivery teams on temporary labs:
    • Configure tablets and verify connectivity.
    • Ensure proper audiovisual integration for live sessions.
  • Troubleshoot network or connectivity issues during events.
  • Decommission and re-inventory hardware post-setup.
Requirement:

  • 3–6 yrs experience with enterprise Wi-Fi, mesh, and network management.
  • Understanding of network security, bandwidth allocation, and diagnostics.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware setup and cabling.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Experience managing networks at scale.

IT Operations Responsibilities

  • Hardware installation in schools (cameras, speakers, mics, Windows TVs).
  • Ensure all devices run latest Windows and Chrome.
  • Set up and maintain temporary labs in partnership with Facility + Delivery teams.
  • Track and return all assets to inventory after events.
