Investment Director
Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia (JCSA)

Job Objective:
To lead and oversee all functions related to investment, asset management, business development, and construction projects at JCSA, ensuring strategic alignment, optimal resource allocation, and financial efficiency. The role aims to drive revenue diversification, enhance profitability, improve asset performance, and support organizational growth through effective collaboration, governance, and operational excellence.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Approve the operational plans for all Investment and Asset Management functions, and ensure the optimal allocation of resources to support their efficient and timely execution.
Collaborate closely with all Chief Officers to align efforts aimed at diversifying JCSA’s revenue streams, with the ultimate goal of enhancing overall profitability.
Lead and oversee all activities related to Investment and Business Development, and provide strategic advice to
strengthen JCSA’s ability to identify and capitalize on viable investment opportunities.
Lead and oversee the planning, design, and implementation of JCSA’s construction projects, while offering
guidance on improving cost efficiency and ensuring the delivery of high-quality buildings and developments.
Lead and supervise all operations concerning the management and maintenance of JCSA’s assets and properties and recommend strategies to enhance customer satisfaction while achieving profitability targets.
Work in close coordination with the Investment Committee to evaluate and agree upon investment opportunities that JCSA should pursue.
Ensure that all relevant internal and external stakeholders are well-informed of the objectives, goals, and services of the Support Services function.
Oversee the preparation of annual budgets for the reporting directorates and ensure they are aligned with business needs and properly justified.
Monitor the financial performance of reporting directorates against approved budgets, ensure alignment with
financial guidelines, identify areas of underperformance, and recommend
appropriate improvement measures.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or any other relevant field
Professional Certification is a plus
Required Years of Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, 4 years of which in a managerial/leadership role
