Tamer Healthcare is hiring a talented Candidates to work as a Pharma Planning & Logistics Inventory, Specialist in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee all processes related to new vendor setup (new site creation, new item creation, new inventory attributes, interaction with other departments: PCE, Finance, etc)
  • Ensure smooth integration with new system rollouts (ERPs, Workflow platforms, B2B, etc)
  • Execute all tasks needed to ensure master item data integrity including but not limited to; data cleansing, requesting data and coordinating with other departments.
  • Maintain a record of stock positions on a bi-weekly basis (summary of availability records).
  • Identify new opportunities to use data in effective ways.
  • Identify missing data that could be used by the planning team to strengthen its position.
  • Audit past instances of low availability/stock-out (root cause analysis of low availability conflicts).
  • Flag and notify planning team of items with low availability which require immediate action/orders.
  • Create an automated workflow for emailing respective planner with low availability item case.
  • Conduct monthly in-depth inventory analysis to share with the planning team which should exceptions highlight with suggested directive actions.
  • Supporting the Senior inventory specialist with the Pharma planning and logistics KPIs as they relate to cost, performance and follow up (while taking the necessary next steps/follow-up where needed).
  • Supporting the senior inventory specialist with preparing the slide decks for the SMR from the Pharma planning side.
  • Supporting the senior inventory specialist with designing process re-engineering initiatives related to data extraction, order cycle management, communication protocol and strategy initiatives.
  • Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Science Or Engineering.
  • 0-3 year of experience

Languages:

  • Arabic and English professional proficiency.
