As an Inventory Planning Specialist, you will be dedicated to managing and planning the inventory levels. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures to play key role in managing inventory transactions in Oracle ERP for inbound, production and outbound materials/products.

As an Inventory Planning Specialist, you will be dedicated to managing and planning the inventory levels. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures to play key role in managing inventory transactions in Oracle ERP for inbound, production and outbound materials/products.
As an Inventory Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Placing the materials demand for new projects.
- Manage the timely transactions of receiving in Oracle ERP system.
- Performing complex transactions to move inventory costs from stock, production, project accounts.
- Supporting the outbound shipments to customer and processing the relevant sales transactions.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and many other functions such as project management, project planning, supplier fulfilment, and logistics.
- Planning and monitoring inventory levels adhering to company-set targets.
- Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
- Analyzing data and collaborating with Operations to apply appropriate ordering, inventory, and replenishment procedures.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree or (High school diploma with 5 years of experience in Oracle)
- 2+ years of experience in ERP Oracle planning.
- Be proficient in Oracle & excel
- Have experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management
- Be skilled in data analysis.
- Be fluent in Arabic & English.
- Be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia without company sponsorship or time restriction.
