Accountant

Your activities

• Responsible for recording and maintaining book keeping, accounting entries
• Processing due invoices for payments, Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Handling daily Petty Cash for the company
• Sales Invoice and general-ledger data entry recording on daily basis
• Ensure timely response to supplier queries. Assisting in resolving queries related to Invoices and Payments with suppliers
• Posting and recording daily Cash/Bank receipt payment entries for suppliers
• Maintaining supplier invoice for VAT submissions
• Assisting in resolving VAT/Tax queries with HQ team, Auditors, ZATCA
• Assist HQ Finance team during Month end closing, Accounts Audits
  
  

Your profile

• Bachelor degree from Finance or relevant fields
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as Accountant
• Advanced level of English(Both verbal and written)
• Arabic as native language
• Ability to work in multinational environment
• Managing the coordination of HQ of the MENAT Region and the local requirement
• Proven experience of VAT/Tax/GOSI
• Able to manage vendor relations with strong communication skills
• High productivity and multi tasking
