The Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Financial management Intern with a focus on commercial operations and financial management to join our team in Riyadh This role requires a strong understanding and familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. As a Business Financial management Intern, you will be responsible for supporting various commercial activities, including commercial proposals, invoicing and contract support.

As a Business Financial management Intern, you will be responsible for supporting various commercial activities, including commercial proposals, invoicing and contract support.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Support client contract process by assisting with the preparation, review, and execution of contracts and other legal documents.
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is in place and compliant with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in invoice generation, tracking, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with different teams to prepare commercial proposals for potential clients. AD-Hocks Assignment/reports:
- As per the Direct Manager’s requests
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and excel, with the ability to create professional presentations and financial models.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Must reside in Riyadh.
