Inspection/Expediting Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with inspection teams and vendors to ensure availability and readiness for scheduled inspections.
• Prepare / transmit inspection notifications and maintain accurate records of inspection results in an organized manner.
• Track and report on inspection outcomes, including any challenges or non-conformances identified during the inspection process.
• Collaborate with quality control teams and other departments to resolve any issues identified during inspections.
• Review and ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., certifications, specifications) is complete and accurate before and after inspections.
• Maintain weekly progress reports provided by Expeditors
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of inspections and any potential issues.
• Monitor compliance with industry standards, company procedures, and project requirements.
• Support the creation and updating of inspection protocols and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintaining and developing positive relationships with third party inspection agencies.
• Act as a facilitator between supplier, Zeeco and Contractors.
• Prepare and maintain Log for inspection, Reports, Inspection Hours, NCRs, Issues, Leason Learnt
• EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering OR
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• EXPERIENCE:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with more than 5 years of working experience in Oil & Gas industry OR
• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with more than 3 years of working experience in Oil & Gas industry.
